EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Physiotherapy
As a specialised Neurological Physiotherapist, I support people from the early stages following neurological injury or diagnosis, through to longer-term rehabilitation and return to meaningful activity.
Having worked in major specialist Neurology and Neurosurgery Hospitals across Sydney and London, I have extensive experience working with acquired brain injuries and complex neurological presentations. After transitioning to an outpatient setting, I have undertaken further specialised neurological training in the rehabilitation of Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Functional Neurological Disorder and Spinal Cord Injury.
My rehabilitation expertise includes gait and functional retraining, balance and falls prevention, upper limb retraining, spasticity management, shoulder subluxation management, equipment and aid prescription, multidisciplinary liaison, family and carer training, and report writing.
I am NDIS, MyAgedCare and SIRA (Workcover) trained and certified.
Pilates
I completed my mat and equipment Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and have undertaken further specialised pilates training in the management of women during pregnancy, menopause and with osteoporosis.
I am experienced in using physiotherapy and pilates to treat individuals with chronic and persistent pain, before and after spinal and orthopaedic surgery, as well as through musculoskeletal injury and hypermobility disorders. I am incredibly passionate in helping people restore movement and rebuild strength and confidence to return to the activities they enjoy — from being able to walk up stairs again, to returning to high-level activities like running, golf or skiing.

With extensive experience in neurological and older adult rehabilitation, and additional qualifications in mat and equipment pilates, I believe in a movement-based approach to recovery. I create sessions that are purposeful, progressive and tailored to each individual.
As a keen runner, triathlete and tennis player, I have a genuine passion for movement and staying active. This has shaped my interest beyond my neurological specialty to support women and men of all ages remain strong and active.
